Q: I'm interested in having portraits taken but instead of the standard package which includes 2-8" x 10" prints and 1-5" x 7" print I would like a different number or different size prints. Is this possible?

Q: What is the quality of the pictures once they are printed and shipped to me?

A: Excellent. The equipment I use can produce prints as large as 16"x 20" while still retaining exceptional color and clarity. All the images that are posted on my site are greatly reduced in size and contrast and therefore, when being viewed on a computer screen, will lack the detail, sharpness, and color that will be maintained in an actual print.

 

Q: How do I order pictures from a recent horse show?

A: Print out the form on my order form page, fill it out, and mail it with payment to the address printed on top of the form.

 

Q: I'm interested in ordering a collage with several pictures from a horse show. How do I do that?

A: Since collages and magazine covers are individually designed, rather than using my order form, please contact me by email or telephone to discuss your layout.

 

Q: If I order pictures from the "package" price list, can they be from different images?

A: Absolutely! Unlike most photographers I allow you to order packages and choose different pictures. As an example: you can order 1-5"x7" of image #135 and 1-5"x7" of image #326. This would be considered a package of 2-5"x7".

 

Q: Do you accept credit cards?

A: At this time I am only accepting payment by checks and money order.

 

Q: What happens if I don't like my prints?

A: I doubt this would happen but if you are not satisfied let me know. I offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

 

Q: How do I book a portrait session?

A: Simply contact me. I can answer any questions you have and we can schedule a date. A 20% deposit reserves your session and the balance is due the day of the shoot.

 

Q: How long will it take to receive my pictures?

A: After receiving your order 5"x7" and 8"x10" prints normally ship within 7-10 business days. 11"14" and 16"x20" prints normally ship within two weeks.
